These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of melearn.online and any English learning services provided by MELEARN.ONLINE.

By using our website or booking/attending sessions, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who we are

2) Our services

We provide online English learning services, which may include:

live online sessions (typically via Google Meet)
coaching and learning guidance
programs such as general English, business English, exam prep, teen programs, etc.

We may update or improve services over time.
3) Eligibility (Morocco)

Our services are intended for individuals located in Morocco. If you use the services from outside Morocco, you do so at your own initiative.

If you are under 18, a parent/legal guardian should be involved in booking and payment.
4) Booking and communication (no login)

We currently operate primarily through form submissions and communication by email/WhatsApp/phone. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details so we can reach you.
5) Payments (virement / bank transfer)

Payments are made by bank transfer (virement) (and any other method we may explicitly offer to you in writing).
You are responsible for any bank fees.
Your booking may be confirmed only after payment is received (unless we confirm otherwise).

6) Scheduling, rescheduling, and attendance

Session times are agreed via email/WhatsApp.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session if you notify us at least 12 hours before the session start time (unless we agree otherwise).
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being counted as used (case-by-case).

7) Refunds / satisfaction

If we advertise a satisfaction guarantee (for example, adjustments or a partial refund after an initial period), the exact conditions will be confirmed to you in writing (WhatsApp/email) and may depend on attendance and the remaining unused balance.

Bank-transfer refunds (if approved) are typically made to a bank account you provide.
8) User conduct

You agree not to:

harass coaches/students, use hate speech, or disrupt sessions
attempt to record or distribute sessions without permission
misuse the website (spam, hacking, scraping, etc.)

We may suspend or refuse service for serious misconduct.
9) Intellectual property

All materials we provide (documents, lesson plans, recordings if any, branding) are owned by MELEARN.ONLINE or our licensors and are for personal learning use only, unless we allow otherwise in writing.
10) Third-party services (Google Meet, ad platforms)

We use third-party tools (e.g., Google Meet) to deliver sessions and may use advertising platforms (Meta/Google/TikTok) for marketing. Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their terms/policies.
11) Disclaimers (educational results)

We aim to help you improve, but language learning results depend on many factors (attendance, practice, level, effort). We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., exam scores, fluency by a certain date).
12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MELEARN.ONLINE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service period (unless the law requires otherwise).
13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be handled according to Moroccan legal procedures and competent courts (unless mandatory law says otherwise).
14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on the website with a new “Last updated” date.
